Municipality Impact Studies are comprehensive analyses that evaluate the effectiveness of local governments' community-oriented services and their impacts on society. These studies are conducted to measure the impacts of projects implemented by municipalities on citizens, to assess citizen satisfaction, and to better understand the demands of local people. Municipalities can measure the success of their current projects and make future plans more efficiently in line with this data.
Research processes are carried out using different data collection techniques. For example, environmental, economic and social impacts of municipal projects are analyzed comprehensively using methods such as surveys, focus group studies, one-on-one interviews and observation.
